The Decision making in transfer of defense personnel make a huge influence.
It was just the ranking and the experience based transfers that was happening all along these years, but with the introduction of digitizing the documents and analyzing it, more sophisticated and efficient decision can be taken.

More over India as a country, doesn't have a secured database of army personnel, their family details, their performance monitoring in training and combat.

The final system will take a unique number (Ex. registration no., etc.) as the input. Extraction of the personnel’s data is done from the test database which is analyzed. This gives out various matrices and visual representation of the same.
Furthermore, the destination to which the personnel is going to be transferred is obtained as second input. With this destination and the extracted details as the new input, it’s fed into the model that is trained.
This will yield us if the person is suitable for the place based on various attributes like parents health condition, his/her condition, comparing with the performance of similar profile of a person who have been posted before, his/her training skill match with geography, etc.

With all this, the system will give recommendation about the transfer and also will suggest a suitable change in transfer location if not feasible enough for the input location.
