Damages happen in packers and movers because of various reasons like improper packaging of goods and items, by the way it is stacked in the truck and the way driving is done irrespective of the goods in the truck.
We have come up with a solution that caters all the above possible causes or reasons of damage.
By using a combination of hardware devices and proprietary software, we have proven to reduce the damage rate.
The top level processes are:
1. Adding items to move and labeling
2. Packing of items
3. Loading of items
4. Movement of goods
Components that we used are:
1. Passive RFID tags
2. RFID receivers
3. Microprocessor unit
4. Android phone
5. Hosted online servers
6. Shake sensors
